Heather Rae Young is getting closer to giving birth!
Since announcing her pregnancy with her husband, Tarek El Moussa, in 2022, she has been open about her journey as a first-time mother. Taking to social media once again, the excited mom-to-be revealed that she is in full nesting mode in preparation for her baby.

On her Instagram page, the blonde beauty shows off her little ones’ outfits, especially little onesies with cute captions. She stated that she needed more of the dress as she jokingly read what was written on it, saying, “New boy mom, Dad don’t be jealous,” while laughing. In the caption, he wrote in part:
“Nesting mode has officially taken over ? I swear I spend more time in her room than in mine, and she’s not even here yet!! Oh boy, lol….”
He asks rhetorically if his followers know the feeling of going over a list to make sure everything is correct and nothing is missing. The reality TV star noted that she’s been doing that a lot, adding, “Anyway, I’ll be here!! And if you want me to link any of my nested/organization items, let me know ??”

A fan of the model also remarked on the amount of clothes and order, saying, “It’s so cute how you put them all…lol, I don’t think the process will last long. ?” and “Honestly you don’t need too many onesies.. they grow up fast!!!”
Someone mentioned that she’ll realize quickly after birth that onesies won’t be used in the first few months — instead, plenty of zip-up pjs that aren’t white will be preferred.
Another advised her to go with the flow, adding, “Lists and obsessions make you panic and anxious. Relax, go with the flow, parent a more confident child.”
Ahead of her nesting video, the actress revealed stunning photos from her maternity shoot as part of her countdown to her due date. The Blast noted that the 35-year-old posted a three-photo shoot involving a golden brown and white display.
Keeping the theme warm and subtle, she wore a short lace brown dress with ruched sleeves and styled her hair in a ponytail paired with nude makeup and simple jewelry. In the following slide, she closes her eyes and places her hands on the top and bottom of her bump. The caption reads:
“Started the new year last giving you an update on my fertility journey and now January 2023 I am VERY pregnant updating you on the arrival of baby boy. Since yesterday I feel a lot of pressure means he is down & he is getting ready to join the world soon. But when????.”
In conclusion, she expressed her belief in asking the universe for what she wanted and recorded her wish that read: “? The arrival of a healthy baby boy. ? Leaving room in my busy schedule to rest & enjoy this wonderful time in my life with a newborn before returning to filming Selling Sunset & Flipping El Moussas. ? Launched some new businesses (this is really exciting).”
The star then asked his followers if they had the same wishes and what they were. Her fans gushed over her manifestation and pictures, writing, “Out of 4000 pictures and the longest pregnancy in history, this is the best picture so far!!!!.”
Another stated, “I love your manifestation. It’s so positive and beautiful! + Just take one day at a time and be the best.?” One advised her, saying, “Plenty of time to do business. Only once to be born with a son you. Take all the time for it and soak it all in. It’s precious, and it goes by so fast xxx.”
‘Selling Sunset’ Star Introduces Nursery for Unborn Children
Keeping up with her updates, she finally gave fans a glimpse of what her little one’s nursery will look like after months of designing it. The Blast shared that the launch is in line with the regular updates she has been giving since announcing her pregnancy.
Dressed in a sleeveless white top and black pants, she stood in front of the door and said it was a very special day before opening the door and heading to the room. Heather gives a mini-tour of the large but cozy room, explaining the inspiration for each design along the way.
Aside from the elephant in the room detail, which she says she’s obsessed with, the leather chair takes the cake, as its leather cover ties the room’s black-and-white design aesthetic together comfortably.
In the caption, she wrote, “El Moussa’s Nursery Revealed!! ?. Now that his room is ready, I’m more than ready for him to be here!! But for now, I’m just going to take some time to absorb it all ?”
She stated that Tarek and herself had been dreaming about what they wanted her nursery to look like and thanked “@babyletto” for helping make their vision a reality.
