According to reports, Heather told fans through a photo upload that she is in the final stages of her pregnancy and is amazed at how quickly time is flying by. She found that the hospital bag was packed and ready for the day of delivery. More importantly, the mother-to-be added that she learned a lot from the childbirth coaches who visited her home.
Heather wrote, “Not sure about any of my moms out there, but with their first babies, I swear when I felt contractions I probably freaked out. [and] making Tarek stop whatever he was doing to get me to the hospital. He taught me some tricks to try before rushing to the hospital- so much information I didn’t know,” to elaborate on the help received from the trainer.
