Looks like model Heidi Klum is feeling a little nostalgic!
The 50-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model took to Instagram to share where her career began with a photo from her application to a modeling competition in 1992.

On Saturday night, the “America’s Got Talent” judge shared an entire Instagram carousel of polaroids of her wearing various swimsuits. She revealed that this photo was from a modeling competition she applied for in 1992.
“Ahnlich wie ich mir Fotos und Videos von Models fuer GNTM ansehe , so waren diese Fotos meine Bewerbungsfotos fuer meinen Model Wettbewerb von 1992,” he wrote in the caption of his post. “Meine Mom hat mir eine Kiste mit vielen alten Fotos aus dem Keller mitgebracht.”
This can be loosely translated as: “The same way I see photos and videos of models for GNTM, this photo is my application photo for my 1992 modeling competition. My mother brought me a box of old pictures from the basement.”
She followed it up with a black and white photo that she captioned, “I’m 16.”

The “Germany’s Next Top Model” star is still modeling alongside her daughter Leni Klum in another Intimissimi campaign. The two have faced backlash modeling for Italian lingerie companies in the past, and their ad campaign was even splashed across billboards in Germany earlier this summer.

Leni also used Instagram to promote their collaboration. In her caption, she wrote, “The new @intimissimiofficial campaign is out now! The collection is now available in all Intimissimi stores!” adding, “Die neue @intimissimiofficial-Kampagne ist jetzt bezälligkeit! Die Kollektion is ab sofort available in all Intimissimi-Filialen!”
Fans Have Mixed Reactions To Leni Klum’s Lingerie Ad With Her Famous Mom
While Heidi turns off comments on her Instagram posts, Leni lets them. Many were unhappy with what they perceived to be too much photoshop. “Da siehste schon gut aus und wirst trotzdem noch gephotoshopt,” wrote one user, which loosely translates to, “You already look good and you still do photoshop.”

Earlier this year, Heidi told the Daily Mail that she was “proud” of her daughter pursuing a modeling career, even though she studied interior design at a college in New York City.
“It was fun filming together,” he told the outlet. “To do a shoot together with him and just to see how he’s so comfortable and also comfortable around me even when we’re doing an underwear shoot or something like that.”
“It makes me proud that my daughter is so comfortable in her skin as well in front of me and around me because not every child in the world is,” she continued. “So, I love that we have this wonderful relationship.”
