Tarek El Moussa shares interesting facts about working with his partner, Heather Rae El Moussa.
Combining marriage with entrepreneurship is never easy, but for some celebrity couples, the lines between their personal and professional lives are blurred as they work together. Joining that meager list are Tarek and Heather, who have combined their artistic talents for a new HGTV show titled “The Flipping El Moussas.”
Tarek El Moussa Confirms: “It’s Beautiful Working With Your Partner”
After getting tons of messages about what it’s like working with his wife, the “Flip or Flop” alum recently shared a clip giving his thoughts on the situation. Using a short clip featuring him and his partner, the real estate investor reached out to his Instagram followers on Monday about the burning question they’ve been asking him. The video begins with Tarek saying:
“So I get messages on my social media, all the time from people asking me ‘what’s it like working with your partner?’”

“So how?” the HGTV star repeated before jokingly adding, “Oh, it’s the best thing in the world as long as I keep my mouth shut and I don’t get in trouble.” Shortly thereafter, he stated:
“We’ve had a lot of fun, and he’s taken his real estate experience, and I’ve taken my flipping experience, and together, we’ve really tried to create some kick-a$$ houses.”
“So yeah, it’s great to work with your partner, as long as you let him be right,” he said as Heather replied, “And we bounce ideas off each other, and I’m always right.”
In the accompanying caption, the father of three listed some wonderful facts about working with the “Love in the Time of Machines” cast. “I am very grateful that I was able to work with @theheatherraeelmoussa on this matter. He has an eye for design and works with our designers to make that vision a reality,” Tarek wrote.
He went on to write, “He improved every one of our properties like I’ve never seen, and most importantly, made me feel confident when things didn’t always go according to plan, and you know with those renovations 99% of the time.”
Fans of the couple reacted happily to the post. One person wrote: “Congratulations to the happy couple ?.” Another person typed, “I think you are a great team and can’t wait for the new season of Flipping El Moussas.” While the third wrote, “Love you two together ❤️ ❤️.”
Whether it’s a professional setting or a date night, Tarek loves being close to the mother of his children. The couple enjoyed a romantic dinner away with their newborn son Tristan in March.
The “Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa” star shared a photo of the undisclosed restaurant. He wore his signature black polo T-shirt while Heather wore a long-sleeved Fendi top.
The lovebirds held each other tightly for a moment as they sat in their designated booths. The second selfie draws attention to Heather’s tired eyes and makeup-free face as she smiles at the camera. Underneath the post, Tarek wrote in part, “Mom and Dad got date night!!! Just like anything in life: if you make it a priority, there’s no reason it can’t happen.”
Tarek El Moussa Focuses On Family’s New Venture
In a current update, the TV personality announced that he has accepted a direct role in his and Heather’s new scented candle business. The TV star shared a photo of himself and his wife wearing matching black outfits, sporty shoes and safety hairnets.
Inside, they were standing in what looked like a production warehouse. The last image shows them posing with two bottles from their home fragrance line. Alongside the photo, Tarek revealed: “Just a few months ago, @theheatherraeelmoussa and I launched @homebythem.”
The savvy businessman further noted that the two “really care about every product, especially the process.” and very excited to see the positive response to their products. He wrote:
“It’s a priority for us to do everything… from the concept, the design, the fragrance, & the way it’s made. And we really care what you all think! So tell me, what scents and products would you like to see added to the next collection? ?.”
