On the season finale of “The Kardashians,” the reality star was seen worrying about her urinary anxiety as she prepared for her appearance at the Balenciaga Couture Show in Paris.

“I hope my pee anxiety doesn’t get the better of me,” Kim, 42, said in the episode of “Here’s to Paris,” which aired Thursday, Nov. 24.
