On Friday morning, Hilaria Baldwin, who was born Hillary Lynn Hayward-Thomas in Boston, Massachusetts, snapped a selfie featuring her sitting outside in a baseball cap and red bikini and posted it to her Instagram Story.
She was holding her newest baby, Ilaria Catalina Irena Baldwin, in her arms. Ilaria was born on Thursday, September 2022, and Hilaria’s seventh child. The nine-month-old was wearing a long-sleeved white nightgown covered in a lemon print and was sucking on a popsicle Hilaria held between her manicured fingertips.
“The 7th child can try my popsicles at 9 months… if you told me I would do this when I had my first child, I would have said: NEVER!” he wrote above the photo. “And she wore a lemon for the occasion.”
In the bottom left corner of the photo, he wrote, “Marilu, eat hers [sic] here… yet he chose rainbow pop.” Marilu’s hair can be seen in the corner of the photo, but many fans don’t realize it!

Raising seven children would be a challenge for anyone, but it seems Hilaria tends to “never say never” when it comes to adding more Baldwinitos, as she calls them, to her family. In a June 2023 interview with Romper, the podcast host admitted that Ilaria was “probably, most definitely, almost my last baby.”
He then went on to confess, “I was always afraid to say it. I was putting my maternity clothes away recently and said, ‘I’m afraid to give it away because then I’ll find out I’m pregnant.’”
At this time, she is not considering taking birth control. “I feel bad when I’m on birth control; it makes me depressed,” he said. However, he opened up the possibility that the “Supercell” actor might undergo a vasectomy in the future.
“Every time I have a baby, my OB writes the vasectomy doctor on a Post-it, and I take it home to Alec,” Hilaria says, adding, “He hasn’t done it yet.”

“Happy 11th birthday Jack…Before kids I would visit you at 30 rock and tease you with the hidden closet in the back,” she wrote in the caption. “You don’t have pants…then we have 7 kids. here’s to another 11…years…maybe kids too…definitely cats.”
