New mom Hilaria Baldwin is giving fans a peek at her postpartum body after recently welcoming her seventh child, daughter Ilaria Catalina Irena, on September 22.
The 38-year-old mother and her husband, actor Alec Baldwin, 64, also share children Carmen Gabriela, 9, Rafael Thomas, 7, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 6, Romeo Alejandro David, 4, Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, 2, and Maria Lucia Victoria, 18 months. The “30 Rock” actor also shares daughter Ireland Baldwin, 26, with ex-wife Kim Basinger, who he was married to from 1993 to 2002.
Over the weekend, the yoga instructor shared her first workout video on Instagram after welcoming her seventh child.

In her latest Instagram post, the Boston native dons a loose blue bodysuit as she holds a board on her forearms and moves her body through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen her abdominal muscles.
“Gently work my core…I like reintroducing the abs into my routine with these exercises because they encourage pulling the rectus abdominis together from the pelvic floor, instead of splitting apart in exercises that target more superficially,” she writes in caption.

“I do 10-20 running forearm planks,” he adds. “Then 5-10, lifting my hips up. Collapse like me, or stretch at the end (that’s better 🤣).”
Some fans were surprised to see that Hilaria’s baby bump seems to have disappeared. One fan asked, “Wait, wut? Didn’t you just have a baby like 6 hours ago? Where’s your baby bump? It’s amazing 🔥. On Wednesday, September 28, Hilaria took to Instagram to share a 13-second clip of her 6-day-old baby wrapped in a blanket. In the caption, Hilaria began the letter, “Dear Ilaria,” writing a touching tribute to her daughter that she will be able to read when she’s older.
In the letter, Hilaria told Ilaria that she wanted her to know “how happy we are that you are present in our lives,” adding, “Our name means ‘happy’, and sharing this relationship with you feels like an honor to me.”
Hilaria admitted that the Baldwins are “tired” as they try to adjust to the transition of being new parents again. She explained that she and Alec are “trying to be the best parents possible to your siblings, trying to be as present and active as possible, while also trying to have compassion for my body that I just gave birth.”

“It’s a difficult balance and one that I don’t think I do very well, because it tugs at my heart in a painful way when I feel like I’m not giving enough to all my children,” she admits. “Mom feels guilty…it’s true.”
“Every mother knows how wonderful and difficult it is to have a baby, and we often feel that we are never enough,” she wrote. “And unfortunately, every mother knows we just have to suck it up and move on. I want to do my best to change that for all women, including you and your sisters.”
Hilaria revealed that she named her daughter Ilaria “in honor of the happiness and mother in our family who came before you,” adding, “Our name means happy in all languages. A few different letters here and there…same meaning.”
“Hey, sometimes we have to lean into happiness, choose friendly and supportive people, because there are so many, and dial down the negativity to absorb as little as possible,” he concluded. “May we live happily ever after, Ilaria, and may our name always be a strong feminist reminder.”

Three days ago, Hilaria took to Instagram to share a photo of her daughter smiling in her sleep, with her little hands folded behind her head. “Three weeks of magical Ilaria ✨,” Hilaria captioned the photo as fans showered the post with red heart emojis and well wishes for the happy family.
