Former “Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested on a DUI charge. Bryan was reportedly booked by police on Saturday morning for drunken driving.
The actor’s recent arrest comes after he had a run-in with the law last year when he was arrested for felony assault.

According to reports, La Quinta police conducted a traffic stop around 2 a.m. on Saturday when they found a vehicle involved in what appeared to be a “traffic collision.”
Upon contacting the driver of the car, they discovered it was Bryan and that he was showing signs of impairment, which led them to arrest him.
A statement from Sergeant Wenndy Brito-Gonzalez of the Riverside County Sherriff’s office reads: “Deputies assigned to the La Quinta Sheriff’s Station conducted a traffic stop in the area of Washington Street and Calle Tampico in La Quinta on a vehicle suspected of being involved in a recent traffic collision. this.”
It continued, “When deputies contacted the driver, they observed signs of impairment, which led to the arrest of the driver for driving under the influence with a previous driver.”
The sergeant added that 42-year-old Bryan was eventually “booked into the Riverside County jail.”
Following his arrest, Bryan was charged with both misdemeanor “contempt of court” and felony operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Last year, Bryan was arrested for alleged involvement in criminal assault. Reports at the time indicated that he was charged in Eugene, Oregon, on July 28 with fourth-degree felony assault, third-degree robbery and harassment.
