House Republicans are moving to introduce legislation to prevent the United States from accepting any new Palestinian refugees that may emerge from the current crisis in Gaza.
Experts told The Post that more than a million such refugees could be created as Israel continues its bombardment of Hamas-held territory, one of the world’s most densely populated regions.
Representatives Tom Tiffany (R-WI) and Andy Ogles (R-TN) told Breitbart News that they plan to immediately introduce the “Zero Entry Guaranteed Aggressors Act” or GAZA Act to prevent the Biden administration from granting visas to any Palestinian passport holders.
The bill would also prevent the Department of Homeland Security from allowing Palestinians to enter the United States through the agency’s parole program.
“We cannot allow President Biden to abuse our parole and visa rules to bring unchecked Palestinians into the American community as he has done with thousands of unchecked Afghans,” Tiffany said in a posting to X Saturday.

Some Palestinians celebrated the 9/11 attacks on the United States immediately afterward, and democratically elected Hamas to lead them in 2006.
Israel has vowed to eliminate the terrorist group.

Leftist parliamentarians, such as Rep. New York’s Jamaal Bowman, and their allies have already started saying the United States should take in refugees from Gaza.
“The international community as well as the United States should be prepared to welcome refugees from Palestine while being careful to vet and disallow members of Hamas,” Bowman told The Post.
