The writers seem to have had enough of back-to-back coverage of Queen Elizabeth II’s death. According to Page Six, he made the rant during a segment on his show, “The Howard Stern Show.” In the process of slamming the US media, he told his co-host Robin Quivers that in America, there is no queen, so he doesn’t understand why the media seems obsessed with non-stop coverage since she died.

“Jesus, enough with the Queen!” he burst out. He went on to say he understood why the media wanted to make a big deal out of her death, considering she was a beautiful woman. And while he admires her for sticking to her job over the years, she believes they need to go back to covering former US president Donald Trump and find out “where those papers are that they found at Mar-A-Lago.”

While the radio star appears to have deemed the intense coverage unnecessary, it hasn’t stopped world leaders from rushing to commemorate the Royal Family. The Blast previously reported that when the Royal Family released a statement on the Queen’s passing, it didn’t take long for the world to respond.

French President Emmanuel Macron remembered him as an excellent “friend of France” and an embodiment of a great legacy. Despite the turmoil in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took time to commemorate the Royal Family on behalf of his people through Twitter.

As a member of the Commonwealth, he conveyed his sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers to the Royal Family. Not to be left out, the president of the United States past and present also issued statements on social media. Former President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle Obama, tweeted that they are grateful to have witnessed the “dedicated leadership” of the Late Ruler.

While George W. Bush attributed the United Kingdom’s bright future to the late Queen’s service and steadfast determination, President Joe Biden and his wife, Jill Biden, mourned the loss in an even longer statement. “Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is more than a King. She defines an era,” the message read started.

It continued by praising his exemplary efforts to his Government and admiring his ability to unite several countries into the Commonwealth. Adding that with the support of her late husband, Prince Phillip, she became “the first British monarch with whom people around the world can feel a personal and immediate connection.”

The 68-year-old surprised fans with this revelation. In June, The Blast reported that in what appeared to be an audio breakdown, Stern revealed that he would be playing Dr. Doom, a Marvel character.

This interesting information was leaked when the “Shock Jock” host chatted with the show’s longtime producer, Gary Dell’Abate, and co-host Robin Quivers while the commercial was running. The audio revealed that Howard seemed intimidated by the role because of the pressure behind it. He admitted that he has reached out to veteran therapist Robert Downey Jr for some acting tips.

The radio host is heard saying, “But believe me, I’m miserable about it,” and asking Dell’Abate for Marvel producer Jon Favreau’s number. It seems that this is just a case of nervousness for the star as he recalled that he was usually like this before enough opportunities, referencing his feelings as a judge on “America’s Got Talent.”
