Ieshaan Sehgaal is an Indian actor, model, bodybuilder and former crew member. He is best known as a contestant on the Indian TV reality show Bigg Boss 15.

Career
Early Years
Before Ieshaan stepped into the shoes of an actor, he used to work as a crew member with Jet Airways International (JAI), although he was always passionate about acting. In 2014, he visited Mumbai for six months of intense training related to his work at JAI Two months after the training ended, Ieshaan quit his job as an air crew in Delhi to pursue full-time acting for which he returned to Mumbai. Soon, he took part in bodybuilding, and he is now famous for his ‘sculpted body’. The actress-model first walked the ramp as a model in Goa when she was 17 years old.
Television
Ieshaan made his acting debut with the television show Rishton Ka Chakravyuh in 2017-2018, which aired on Star Plus. In 2018, she was also featured in a web series called “Kaushiki” on Voot Select. Ieshaan however became known in the industry after his performance in the MTV show Fanaah. According to Sehgaal, he was chosen for the role after several auditions. He has also worked in another show on MTV channel called Zindagi U-Turn. On Zing channel, Ieshaan was seen in several episodes of “Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya.” In 2021, Ieshaan got a big break in the industry when he was selected as one of the contestants in the reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’ season 15 which aired on ColorsTV. In an interview, when the actor was asked about his views on participating in the show, he said,
I was called for Bigg Boss OTT but I couldn’t accept it because I was busy with my other projects. And this time when they approached I couldn’t say no. I’ve been a huge fan of the show and this is something I’ve always wanted. I think the concept is very interesting and exciting. Now when I get a chance, I will give my thousand percent. Because it’s not just me but my mom is also a big fan of the show. Since 2013, he always told me, Ieshaan you should definitely do Bigg Boss.”

This is not the first time that Ieshaan has been associated with the show Bigg Boss. In 2016, she was seen in a promotional video for Bigg Boss 10, along with former Bigg Boss 13 contestant Mahira Sharma. Many speculated that she was roped in for the 10th season of Bigg Boss as a contestant; however, Ieshaan dismissed all the rumours.

Apart from acting in mainstream television, Sehgaal has also made his appearance on YouTube in various music videos, many of which have become hits, such as Paagalpan and Shah Jahan.

Ieshaan was also seen opposite singer Barbie Maan in the music video “Viah” which was released in March 2021. The video went on to become an instant hit and garnered over 16 million views in just one month. Sehgaal was praised for his performance in the video. In October 2021, she featured in another music single “Hunter” with Bani J, which was viewed almost three million times on YouTube in the first days after its release.
