Fans were given an update via the “Black Widow” rapper’s latest social media post on Wednesday morning. The artist, who shared the story with Playboi Carti, announced her arrival in June 2020, sparking a dramatic reaction from fans since she and her baby daddy split the previous year.

Although Azalea has no support from her baby daddy, she continues to nurture their baby boy with love. In an Instagram Story update, the doting mom drew fans’ attention to the two-year-old’s upcoming third birthday.

He uploaded a photo that resembled an amateur painting decorated with illustrations reminiscent of Mickey Mouse, with Onyx taking its place at its center. The boy was seen wearing a ‘Spider-Man’ face mask and a gray shirt.
The artwork is placed on top of another cardboard with a drawing of an octopus and three types of fish. The American Music Award winner wrote in a blue-themed text overlay, “My best friend turns three next week & I already feel something about it.”
While viewers aren’t sure if the feeling is nostalgia, they do know that Azalea was overjoyed when she shared a photo of her son on his first day of preschool with them earlier this month. In the image, Onyx looks happy as a clam as she happily raises both her arms and looks away from the camera.
His fashion choice for the big moment was a colorful two-piece featuring a loose polo shirt and a pair of shorts. Her school bag matches the bright theme, and even her braided hair is decorated with various beads.
The almost three-year-old completed her look with white scaly socks and matching shoes. His beloved mother exclaims, “My baby’s first day at preschool, and I can’t take it.!!!” at the bottom of the post.
The Blast went on to state that the BET Hip Hop Award winner appreciated his son’s presence by putting his name on his body. The realistic tattoo, done by Lua Hills, depicts Onyx as an Angel with wings and a sash with “Onyx Orion” written in bold letters around the center of the sketch.

Despite being criticized by netizens about her murky relationship with Carti, Azalea remained silent and calm. However, she chose to take things to the extreme when she joined Emily Ratajkowski on the “High Low with EmRata” podcast to discuss some of the most memorable moments in her life, including why she signed up for the “OnlyFans” account and motherhood, in February.
At one point, Ratajkowski brought up her love life, asking if she was dating anyone, and the “XXXTRA” hitmaker replied, “No, not really. I dated a little last year, and it was fun. I’ve been single since early 2020. Right after I had my son, I left his father.”
Without going into too much detail, the 32-year-old Australian recalled her decision to end things with the “Vamp Anthem” rapper after “something” unpleasant happened between them. In his words:
“It was just one of those moments where I didn’t wake up thinking this was going to be my day. But at the end of the day, I was on my way to Los Angeles, and I never came back, and that was the end of it.
After admitting that the relationship was uncertain for her, the NME Award winner stated that it reminded her of a similar situation with her parents, and she wanted no part of it. Most of all, the rapper wants to protect Onyx from the hurtful act because he doesn’t want her to “never learn this.”
According to The Blast, the “Fancy” artist had more than enough to say after reports of Carti’s arrest flooded the internet. Apparently, the authorities arrested the 26-year-old man for allegedly strangling his pregnant girlfriend during a heated argument last December. In response to the allegations, Azalea tweeted:
“Imagine having a pregnant girlfriend and pretending they don’t exist until you know you love to abuse them too – & rarely visit your son unless you’re running away from whatever trouble you’re having in Atlanta & the press with your serial abuse of women [sic].”
