Actor Harrison Ford returns to the screen for the fifth and final time as Indiana Jones in the highly anticipated 2023 blockbuster.
On Thursday, December 1st, Lucasfilm finally dropped the trailer on their YouTube channel, giving fans not only a digitally ageless peek at Harrison Ford, but also the title.

“Indiana Jones” has always combined history with the supernatural, and it seems that “Indiana Jones and the Destiny Dial” is no exception.
“I don’t believe in magic,” Indy says in the trailer. “But several times in my life, I have seen something. Things I can’t explain. And I’m starting to believe it’s not what you believe… but how hard you believe it.”
While the official plot has yet to be revealed, the trailer suggests that John Rhys-Davies’ Sallah, who first appeared in “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” will make an appearance in Indy’s final adventure.

At the September D23 Expo, director James Mangold, Harrison Ford, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy all appeared on stage to give audiences a first-hand look at the new “Indiana Jones” movie at the Anaheim Convention Center.
At the time, Ford was emotional on stage and he revealed that this would be his last adventure as a whip-slinging archaeologist. He said he was “very proud” of the film, which he described as “fantastic.”

Director James Mangold, who previously worked with Ford on “Call of the Wild,” also spoke at the D23 Expo. He spoke briefly about working with what he called the “Mount Rushmore of creative greats” on the final “Indiana Jones” film of Ford’s career.
“I was surrounded by incredible talent and support, and good will and advice and found myself living a kind of fantasy since I was in high school, wondering what it would be like to direct one of these pictures, and to respect what they do. to you and me,” Mangold said.
