The real estate and home remodeling power couple moved in together in the first few weeks of dating in 2019 before tying the knot in 2021. Although they each own individual homes, they ended up buying one together and sharing a peek at the stunning property.

In a joint post, the lovebirds showed off their expensive home as part of a feature in HGTV magazine. The first slide shows the blonde beauty, pregnant with their first child at the time, standing next to her husband.
The imposing black brick building towering behind them had a small patio, large windows and white glass doors. A brown wooden gate attached to a small brick fence has tall green shrubs that provide some privacy from prying eyes.
A swipe to the left sees the couple in a beautiful kitchen with black tiles on the walls, which contrasts well with the white cabinets. It has three pendants above a wide wet bar made of black marble and chairs with gold bottoms.
The bedroom has a warmer theme with a large brown headboard, sheets, curtains and a furry rug. There are also gray pillows, blankets, sideboards, and small sofas. High ceilings give way to low-hanging round chandeliers with candle-shaped bulbs.
The nursery combines vintage and modern design with gray and white walls, black cots and sofas and fluffy white tables. Some green in the plants on the shelves, toys and blankets add warmth.
The outdoor rooftop terrace area has tall brown railings, L-shaped white and black sectional sofas, glass and marble tables and greenery. The real star of the image is their little dog, who is posing on a chair.

The family living room features a dark fireplace with a flat screen TV on the wall above it, in front of a comfortable wraparound gray sofa. White cabinets are placed next to the fireplace, and the area is very bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
In the caption, the blonde beauty expressed their exciting journey of finding and designing their first home together. He thanked the network for the feature and stated:
“Most of you probably know that we moved in together within the first 2 weeks of dating, but what you may not know is that this is actually our first house together, and we planned every detail :).”
He gave more details about how involved they were in the process before concluding that it was the “perfect place” for the family.
As the El Moussa family continues to grow, it is inevitable that at least one parent must shoulder greater responsibility for discipline. The Blast recently reported that Heather and Tarek revealed which of them is the stricter parent while having fun with their newborn.
Heather expressed her love for Tristan while her lover described their son as a “big personality” and an “active little guy.” On navigating the challenges of balancing their parenting styles, the “Flip or Flop” star told TODAY:
“Heather is more assertive than me, that’s for sure. I play games and wrestle with the kids. When he said, ‘OK, it’s bedtime,’ I was like, ‘OK, five more minutes!’ But then, I will enforce the rules.”

In June 2022, the couple announced their new reality show, “The Flipping El Moussa,” and only revealed the premiere date after months of keeping the tension under wraps. As reported by The Blast, the TV personality gave fans a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming series, before releasing a joint update to keep the project’s momentum going.
The couple promises a comprehensive look at their lives, from their personal struggles to their real estate ventures. The caption revealed some new and previously undisclosed information about the upcoming HGTV series.
The actor added, “we’re pulling back the curtain and sharing a part of our lives with you in the @hgtv docu-series, The Flipping El Moussas ?.” Besides teasing exciting developments in the show, the write-up revealed that the couple loves working together.
The reality TV star went on to say, “We’re both so grateful to be able to make Flipping El Moussas work around our busy families and filming schedules with both Selling Sunset and Flipping 101 ? so lean in that there’s definitely never a dull moment!”
