Good Times Recently Shared Their Fall/Winter Menu
It seems the decision to close was made out of the blue, as the restaurant has just shared its fall and winter menus. Their lunch menu consists of items such as breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, turkey sandwiches, personal charcuterie boards, and even ice cream, with flavors ranging from marionberry pie to coffee almond fudge.
The rest of the card features more flavorful food, including Brussels sprouts tamari with pork belly, coconut curry shrimp and grits, bucatini pesto pasta and a variety of desserts ranging from mod to warm summer fruit galettes. Sundae cake. The menu also lists dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options.
“I have to go back and find that turkey sandwich! Stopped in for the first time last weekend for a breakfast burrito on the way back to Portland from a morning walk on the beach with my dog,” commented one fan. “Seriously. Anyone from PDX who hasn’t made the drive yet, it’s well worth it. I love breakfast sandwiches and the atmosphere is very good. You can’t go wrong with a disco ball,” another follower shared.
“We had dinner last night & everything was delicious. I’ll have to go back soon to try the breakfast/lunch too,” a third fan chimed in. While some fans lamented the lack of vegan options, it seems the company is doing a good job of catering to a variety of dietary needs.
Irish Restaurant Opens On April 10th
On April 10, Ireland officially opened the restaurant with some pictures of the staff. “We made it!! We’re open!! Thanks to everyone who came this weekend and thanks to our amazing team for making it happen,” she wrote in the caption. “We’re booking fast so make sure you get a reservation on OpenTable. “
“We are primarily a counter service establishment with very limited seating, so we can sometimes fill up the walk-in but reservations help us prepare for a smooth night,” he continued. “We have had many requests for bookings for groups larger than 4 but given our bar style seating we do not recommend it. It’s quite comfortable there.”
In the comments, some customers expressed frustration with the limited seating. Perhaps Ireland and RAC have plans to expand their business to a larger location. Regardless, hungry fans are eager to see where the Good Times brand goes from here!
