Jack showed another side of his personality to his 647k followers when a reporter asked him to confirm the news that his mother, Sharon Osbourne, was hospitalized. The drama began after word was sent that Sharon had reportedly collapsed during filming on set.
Within a few hours, reporters began scrambling to find who to ask for the authentic story. Finally, a reporter sends Jack a message on iMessage. In his words:
“We received information that your mother Sharon passed out on the set of a paranormal themed TV show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, CA, on Friday night. I am calling to confirm this information. If true, I hope he feels better and gets well soon. Please advise. Thank you.”
Although it was hard to tell when he answered, the 37-year-old clapped, “Hi Jamie Schram. Here’s my review – try calling me directly again and you’ll be your desperate “passing out” self. He then added a follow-up, “Feel free to quote that you can’t hold.”
The media personality uploaded a screenshot of the short conversation to her Instagram Story with the caption that read, “Nothing better than that. [sic] shocked at this after being with your mother at the hospital all night. @tmz_tv at its best again.” At the bottom, he jokingly asked, “Did I come to [sic] hard? Hahaha.”

Shortly after the medical emergency occurred, The Blast reported that Sharon had been filming a paranormal television show in Santa Paula, California, before she passed out and was rushed to the hospital.
The crew was supposed to film at the Glen Tavern Inn — the ‘iconic Hollywood retreat’ that was once featured in an episode of the Travel Channel’s “Ghost Adventures.”
Ventura County Fire Department representatives claim that emergency medical services workers responded to a “medical call” at the hotel around 6:30 pm local time on Friday night, December 16th. Although the Inn’s manager confirmed the “emergency” on Friday night, he declined to comment on Sharon’s health scare.
Meanwhile, Jack has assured fans that the former co-host of “The Talk” has returned home after getting the “all clear from his medical team.” The 37-year-old also addressed reports that his mother was filming an episode of “Ghost Adventures” when she had a medical emergency, stating:
“Ok, here’s what I’m going to say – first things first MY MOM DIDN’T FILM AN EPISODE @ghostadventures. He was filming an episode of Night of Terror with me. Hahaha.”
He also stated that it was up to Sharon to share the details of what happened to her on Friday night.
‘The X Factor’ Cameo Star Applauds Wendy Williams For Insensitive Opinion
MEGA
Jack made headlines in February 2022 after he clapped back at broadcaster Wendy Williams as she spoke about Amie Harwick’s death, according to The Blast. In case you missed it, the late writer died after falling from the third floor balcony of his Hollywood Hills home.
Amid various theories about the events leading up to the tragic event, including claims that her boyfriend pushed her during an argument, Williams said:
“He was killed. Not by Drew,” referring to Harwick’s ex-fiance and “The Price Is Right” host, Drew Carey. The host of “The Wendy Williams Show” took a breath before adding, “Let’s get down,” which is a famous catchphrase from Carey’s show.
The 58-year-old also moved his head up and down, which viewers saw as a reference to Harwick’s fall. Not one to let such subliminal comments go, a distraught Jack wrote on Twitter:
“Hey Wendy Williams, Amie is a friend. How dare you be so rude and shallow to make a ‘joke’ of something that isn’t funny in the slightest. He was tragically killed, but you somehow try to downplay that. shame on you Smh.”
Several people agreed with “The Osbournes” star’s statement, with one labeling Williams an “insensitive woman.”
