Actor Johnny Knoxville, born Philip John Clapp, is close to finalizing his divorce from his second wife, Naomi Nelson.
The Blast obtained exclusive court documents that show the “Jackass” star, now 51, is ready to settle and move forward with divorce proceedings after previously citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

According to court documents obtained exclusively by The Blast, the “Above Suspicion” actress is close to finalizing her divorce from Nelson, who has worked on several projects as an assistant, producer and director. The couple tied the knot in 2010 and filed for divorce last June.
The “Point of Action” actress filed a disclosure declaration, indicating that the divorce is moving forward. Early court documents revealed that the former couple separated on September 24, 2021, which would have been their 11-year wedding anniversary.

Knoxville has provided his ex-wife with a declaration of her current income and expenses, a complete schedule of assets and debts, community and separate property declarations and appropriate tax returns, according to his latest filing.
By disclosing this information, it signals that Knoxville is ready to settle her divorce and move on to the next step in the legal process, which could include filing for a settlement or judgment.
Legal Documents Include Stipulations For Reactivity For Support

In addition to the disclosure declaration, there are also provisions regarding reactivity for support. The court document states: “The court reserves jurisdiction to retroactively determine the amount of child and spousal support to November 1, 2022, at the time of any future trial, settlement conference or trial. From and after November 1, 2022, all payments made by the Petitioner directly to the Respondent from his separate property shall be a credit against either child support and/or spousal support either as ordered by the Court or settled by the Parties.”
“The Court has jurisdiction to determine whether the payments made by the Petitioner from the Petitioner’s separate property which the Petitioner contends were made for the benefit of the Respondent and/or minor children should be a credit against either child support and/or spousal support and determine whether there is an excess or underpayment of child and/or spousal maintenance arising from such payments,” said the legal paper. “The court also has jurisdiction to determine the time and method to confirm any excess/underpayment.”
In other words, this means that if and when a support order is made, November 1, 2022, is the starting point for calculating the amount owed, even if the couple separates on September 24, 2021.
Knoxville Ex-Wife Sues for Physical Custody of Children

Knoxville’s ex-wife asked a judge to grant her “physical” custody of their two children, allowing the former stuntman to have “visitation” on certain days. The former couple’s two children, Arlo and Rocko, are 11 and 12 years old respectively.
It’s worth noting that Nelson didn’t claim “full” custody in the legal documents because his filing included a request for joint “legal” custody of the children. This means that, while she wants her children to live with her full-time, she wants the “Being Evel” actress to have equal rights when it comes to schooling and medicine.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, Khan claims that he was “fraudulently persuaded” by one of the Knoxville workers to perform what he thought was routine repair work through TaskRabbit on a home in Long, Beach, California.

After the man told him he had to do the job properly or “be beaten,” Khan began to fear for his safety. It was only after the prank, where a little girl accused him of killing her horse and he was accused of having drugs in his car, that Khan learned that everyone involved was an actor.
Khan stated that he was “shocked and traumatized by this episode” and has since faced anxiety and worry, sleep deprivation, and distress since the incident. Khan is suing Johnny Knoxville and Dickhouse Entertainment, Inc. for compensatory, special and punitive damages and costs of the lawsuit.
