Jaffer Sadiq was born on Thursday, 4 July 1996 (age 27 years; as of 2023) in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. His zodiac sign is Cancer. Career
Dancer & Choreographer
He rose to prominence when he reached the finals of the dance show Kings of Dance in 2016, which was televised on Vijay TV. Prior to that, he also emerged as runner-up of the dance show Ungalil Yaar Prabhu Deva 2 and also took part in the dance show Jodi Number One. He later performed at cultural programs of many colleges and brands such as Stella Maris College, Chennai.

He eventually became a choreographer and trained many students at his dance studio Lift Others in Chennai. He also worked as a choreographer for many films and TV shows such as Colors Super Kids in 2018.

Jaffer Sadiq’s debut film was the 2022 Tamil film Vikram featuring Kamal Haasan and Vijay Sethupathi; he played the role of a gang member. He played the role of Rawther in the 2022 Tamil film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu which was liked by the audience. In 2023, he worked in the Tamil film Jailer, featuring Rajinikanth, Mohanlal, and Jackie Shroff, and in the Tamil film Leo featuring Vijay, Suriya, Sanjay Dutt, and Trisha.

He made his debut with the Netflix Tamil web series Paava Kadhaigal in 2020, featuring Prakash Raj and Kalki Koechlin, and played the role of Narikutty. In 2023, he acted as Gumthi in the Disney+ Hotstar Telugu web series Shaitan, featuring Lena and Deviyani Sharma.

- In an interview, he praised Chennai city, described it as the best city in the world, and said that people who live in Chennai forget their caste and live in harmony. He emphasized that in Chennai, you can eat the same item for Rs 10 and Rs 1000.

- A few of his friends call him ara-bodha kannu which means drunken eyes as his eyes always seem to be a bit closed as he used to wear glasses; however, he often removed them during his dance performances.
- In an interview, he talked about how he got his first film. He said that he got a call from Lokesh Kanagaraj only five days after the release of his debut web series Paava Kadhaigal in 2020; however, he was unsure of his acting skills and asked Lokesh to think again before casting him. When Lokesh met Jaffer, he assured Jaffer about the acting and thus, Jaffer made his debut in the film industry.
