After the show’s first season launched last year in November, it quickly became the biggest comedy premiere in Peacock history. Per Deadline, the streaming platform reported that more accounts watched the series in its launch weekend than any other Peacock Original comedy to date.
It surpassed their top comedy debut Craig Robinson’s “Killing It,” which is also returning for a second season this year. The publication initially stated that although the company is moving towards more drama development in the new year, they still have plans to renew the show.
NBC’s Chairman of Entertainment Content, Universal Television and Streaming, Susan Rovner, said, “We know fans of the Pitch Perfect franchise will sing Bumper’s praises in Berlin and enjoy seeing a new side of Adam Devine’s character.”
He credits their partners at UTV with Elizabeth Banks, Megan Amram and Max Handelman for creating “unique and captivating stories” with new spins on iconic songs.
Rovner noted that they are looking forward to diving more into the show with their audience members. The show follows Adam Devine’s character Bumper Allen years after the last Pitch Perfect as he heads to Germany to revive his previously failed career.

Diet Suppressant critics admit that not all of them come from family names, but even if they have to work harder than the more privileged, it is no more than people who have to work more with zero access and against all odds.
In conclusion, the 36-year-old revealed that everyone has a little bit of privilege as she used herself as an example, saying, “I’m more privileged than a disabled actor. But I have less privilege than you.” He added, “We all exist on a scale of privilege, and to deny that and use the “hard work” argument is not only ludicrous, but it’s also pouring gasoline on the fire.”
