“Sucker Punch” actress Jamie Chung recently opened up about some of her toughest periods as a mother. The actress and her husband Bryan Greenberg welcomed their children late last year.
Before the new addition to their home, Chung revealed that she had frozen her eggs just in case. According to Chung, at the time, she wasn’t sure when she wanted to start a family with Greenberg and wanted more time.
The actress recently said that the first three months of motherhood were the hardest for her, and she had to fight constantly not to react exactly how she felt. The 39-year-old revealed that he rarely had time for himself during that period.

Chung talked about how she handled motherhood and the most stressful period while raising her twins. The actress and her husband, Greenberg, welcomed their children in October 2021 via surrogacy.
The actor also participated E! News in an interview and revealed that the first three months as a new mother were the most brutal so far. Chung recalls, “You barely find time for yourself, and there’s nothing to do. You’re lucky to have a shower.”
“When you’re sleep deprived, you’re a bit fussy, and you have a bit of a fight with your partner. There’s no patience. You have to force yourself not to react to how you really feel,” continued the mother of two.

Further, the reality tv personality explained to E! News that he spent a lot of quality time with his children when they were newborns because, at that time, he had free time at work. She also revealed that she misses the “baby stage” with her children.
The 39-year-old said, “I get amazing quality time with the kids. When they’re young, you’re like, ‘I can’t wait for them to grow up.’ And then when they’re 10 months, you’re like, ‘Wait, you’re so big!'” Chung continued, “I miss the baby stage. It’s true when people say, ‘They grow up so fast.'”

According to the actor of “The Misfits”, despite the joy that comes, being a parent is not the easiest job. He added that he was happy with how well he and Greenberg were able to navigate it and declared that the actor excelled in that department.
The actor said, “He loves it. He was made to do it. He asked me for years to start a family, and it’s so fun to see him in this new role.”

Chung also talked about the renovation of her new home and how it provides more space for her children to move around and keeps everything safe for them. She said, “My kids are just starting to move around a bit…and they love being outside.”
The former reality star also revealed that she is looking forward to future celebrations with her family and friends when they have to come over to her house. According to Chung, because of their baby, they now choose to have a “baby party” when struck by the urge to host a celebration.

Greenberg announced the family had a new member on Instagram last year, posting a video of herself with the couple’s two new babies. The post was captioned, “We got double the trouble now, @jamiechung.” Chung reposted the video on her Instagram story and responded in Greenberg’s comments section with two heart emojis.
In 2019, the actress talked about wanting children and revealed that she was in the process of freezing her eggs. “I’ve been thinking about the idea of freezing my eggs for a few years now and decided to go ahead with the process recently.”
At the time, she revealed that she wanted to have children with her husband, whom she described as “the best life partner anyone could ask for.” Chung, however, said he wasn’t sure when that would happen, so he was buying time.
The 39-year-old continued, “It’s okay to not be sure when the time is right, and a lot of people have told me that ‘There’s no right time. Just do it! What are you waiting for?! It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to we!!’ And I believe everything, but I’m going to go at a pace that works for me because I’m not ready yet.”
Chung and Greenberg took their time deciding when it was best to be parents and have done a great job since raising their twins together. They also regularly share the cutest photos of their adorable babies on Instagram.
