According to reports, Foxx has not yet been cleared to return home from a hospital in Georgia following his recent medical emergency.

A medical emergency reportedly did not occur on set, nor was Foxx transported to the hospital by a production vehicle.

In Foxx’s absence, a stand-in was used as his replacement, although filming was “shut down” for a day after he was hospitalized, per Many people.
