During the tour, the “Django Unchained” star, who is known for various acts of kindness and philanthropy, once again proved that being kind is just part of who he is even when the cameras aren’t on him.
He was captured on video returning the wallet to its owner, who had misplaced it while out in the Windy City.
“Mom lost her bag in Chicago today Jamie fox [sic] found it and brought it to him and he said he felt good y’all god is good,” read the caption of the video, which was taken by the wallet owner’s son, per Page Six.
After returning the wallet to its rightful owner, Foxx quickly entered a sleek black SUV. Just as the vehicle was about to drive off, he waved to the grateful woman, who enthusiastically shouted, “Thank you, Jamie!”

The “Ray” star was previously seen boating on the Chicago River last Sunday. Videos of him on board show that the actor is in good spirits and happy to be back in public.
Foxx wore an all-black outfit, which he accessorized with a large dark shade, and waved to passers-by as the ship sailed.
The sighting marks the first time he has been seen in public following his mysterious medical complications. The same day, he returned to social media after taking a break due to a health scare.
He tweeted“Boat life, Celebrating summer with @brownsugarbbn, adding “Stay blessed!”
Although the tweet had no image attached to it, it seemed to reference the actor’s collaboration with the Brown Sugar Bourbon brand and also hinted that he had made a move to return to work.

Jamie Foxx Is Keeping Quiet About His Health Scares

Foxx has yet to publicly address the health issue, despite making several public appearances over the past few days. While it’s unclear if he has plans to do so, it appears the worst is now over.
And for those concerned about his motor skills, the actor was spotted last Saturday golfing during a night out with friends at the Topgolf driving range in Naperville, Ill.
“He’s walking regularly, not dragging his feet,” said a source who saw the actor on location, per Page Six. “His arm movement is definitely good. He’s just a normal Jamie.”
It comes after his daughter announced on April 12 that the “Day Shift” actor suffered medical complications while filming his Netflix movie “Back in Action” in Atlanta.
Foxx stayed briefly in a hospital in the state before he was later transferred to a private facility in Chicago.
