How Does Jamie Lee Curtis Look So Good?

“I did plastic surgery,” Curtis said in a recent interview. “I put Botox on my head. Does Botox make the big wrinkles go away? Yes. But then you look like a plastic statue.
He went on to explain, “Walking a mile in my shoes. I’ve done it. It doesn’t work. And what I see is people are now devoting their lives to that.
Curtis explained that he always tells his children to focus on what they can contribute to help people. “Happiness is a complicated word because life is pain,” he continued. “I want them to be satisfied. I want them to feel that what they are doing is important, that what they are doing has value.”

Jamie Lee Curtis Says Goodbye to Laurie Strode in ‘Halloween Ends’
Universal Pictures
“The universal understanding of Laurie Strode is that as this original ‘last girl’, she never gives up, always tries no matter what. It’s beyond comprehension that that’s my legacy,” Curtis said in a recent interview. “I don’t think I gave up, I kept trying, but not to the level of Laurie Strode.”
He continued, “What I got from him was much more than what he got from me. Because when I’m gone, his legacy will be mine. Now, of course, I have my children, and that is my life, and that is important. But in movies, she’s my legacy, and I can’t be proud of any legacy — unless it’s like Mother Teresa or, you know, the great Nelson Mandela or someone like that — but in movie characters, there’s nothing you can name I’d rather be than Laurie Strode.”
Curtis stars in “Halloween Ends” alongside Andi Matichak, Kyle Richards, Rohan Campbell, James Jude Courtney, Omar Dorsey, Joanne Baron and Michael Barbieri.
“Halloween Ends” opens in theaters and streaming on Peacock on October 14.
