Jeannie Mai Was Once Told Marriage With Jeezy Would Last If She Didn’t Get ‘Greedy’

A fortune teller predicts Jeannie Mai’s divorce from Jeezy!

A year before the rapper filed for divorce from the mother of his child, the end of the couple was revealed by an astrologer. The resurfaced clip from the TV personality’s YouTube series captures the entertainer’s session with the palm reader.

The now-viral clip shows that the fortune-telling medium has warned the “How Do I Look?” host about the “greed” that ruined his union with the Hip-hop star. Although the dissolution prediction was accurate, the cause of the former couple’s split remains uncertain.

Following the news of her split from the “Soul Survivor” singer, a January 2022 clip from the YouTube channel “Hello Hunnay with Jeannie Mai” from San Jose started trending. In the video, the pregnant media personality asks a fortune teller for clarification on her future.

The episode features the entertainer, his mother, Olivia TuTram Mai, and an Asian astrologer named Jung Vin Fat, whom the entertainer calls “Joe.” When the 44-year-old asked if her wedding to Jeezy would be her last, the palm reader declared it wouldn’t be her last walk down the aisle.

“Well, in the palm of your hand, you have a second one,” Joe revealed, to which the TV host explained that he is now in his second marriage. After a long pause, while checking her chart, the fortune teller revealed Mai was destined for two marriages unless she wanted more.

“Let me tell you this, 95 percent, you have–this is the second. If you want to go further than that, it’s up to you,” explained the seer. When the stylist adamantly refuses to enter into a third marriage, Joe says it depends on his actions and God’s will.

“Let me tell you this, when you get married, with this one, the second one, if you see more than that, it depends on you because this is based on God,” said the astrologer. “Day, time, year you were born, this is already there.”

Summarizing the palm reader’s message, Mai recounted: “So it is written for me that I have two marriages and I am good. But if I’m greedy and I do something to ruin my future, then I can, of course, get married and mess up.”

Joe agreed with her statement, stating that for him, it was about 85–90% certain that he would stop at two marriages if nothing happened. Although her prediction about her first child being a boy was wrong, the astrologer’s reading of the YouTuber’s divorce was spot on.

While it’s uncertain whether Mai became “greedy” as the astrologer warned, the “Leave You Alone” rapper filed to end the former couple’s two-year marriage in Fulton County Superior Court. Legal documents show the couple had separated and had a prenuptial agreement.

Jeezy is also asking for joint custody of their daughter, Monaco. The ex welcomed their first child last January, while the “Adversity For Sale” author has three children from previous relationships.

The couple couldn’t deny their interest in each other because their first date happened right after the meeting, and they started a low profile relationship. Speculations about their romance started in January 2019 after Malika Haqq shared a group photo with the couple.

However, Mai appeared to deny the dating claims on her talk show saying she and Jeezy were “just having fun together” with no “label” on their relationship. In August 2019, the entertainers are set to put a stamp on their romance as they make their first public appearance as a couple.

A month later, the lovebirds went Instagram official with their love and regularly served up fans’ relationship goals with their sweet PDA moments. By March 2020, Jeezy was popping the big question, but the pandemic delayed their plans to say their vows until March 2021.

The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony at their home in Atlanta in front of family and friends. A year later, they welcomed their daughter in January 2022, a milestone Mia never imagined she would reach.
