Jen Selter Gives Fans A Glimpse Into Her Morning Routine

Fitness influencer Jen Selter is keeping her 13.4 million Instagram followers entertained with her latest posting.

In another recent post on Monday night, the 29-year-old fitness model shared another workout with her followers in a cherry red workout set to give them some Monday motivation and shared a little about her background in fitness and explained why she started her Instagram account popular to begin with.

In her latest Instagram post, the 29-year-old model shared another workout video for her followers to enjoy, with an emphasis on the core.

In the video, set to One Republic’s hit song, “I Ain’t Worried,” Jen picks up a medicine ball and touches it before she places it on her feet and does crunches. He then taps the ball while in a bear crawl before doing a Russian ab twist exercise. He then moves to place the ball directly in front of his feet, extending his legs to either side.

He then put his hands on the ball for a few board jacks before leaning on his hands and kicking out on both sides of the ball. Jen then puts her hands on the ball again to do a slow mountain climber before she grabs the ball with both hands and lifts each leg straight out in front of her. At the end of the video, she gives her fans a mirror selfie as she poses, pulling down the bottom of her seamless red leggings to give followers a peek at her chiseled core.

In the caption, Jen revealed why she started her Instagram account, and it wasn’t to show off her toned physique!

Everyone has to start somewhere in their fitness journey, and it’s helpful to see that Jen is a beginner at some point too.

“When I first started my Instagram page a few years ago, it was for the purpose of motivating myself,” he explained. “I’m completely lost when it comes to health and fitness and I don’t know where to turn for help. Posting every day is how I motivate myself and something to keep me accountable, and a way for me to interact with others on their own journey.”

“It also allows me a way to keep finding new health + fitness related topics to research and learn more about, literally every day,” she continues. “I’m not a model, I’m not a professional athlete or a competitor. I’m just a regular guy who started sharing his journey and didn’t give up or listen to any haters who doubted me. I’m telling you this so you know you can do it too and never give up!”

“I’m excited to all still be on this journey together and you know I love hearing from you all,” she added, ending her post with the caption #MondayMotivation.

In her latest Instagram recipe post, the New Yorker teaches her followers how to make delicious and healthy smoothies. While her bikini pic still screams summer, it looks like Jen is gearing up for fall with this healthy fall recipe.

“Drink this #HEALTH? #seltersmoothie on repeat all fall ?,” he wrote in the caption. Although he breaks down how to do it in his video, the recipe just calls for a few ingredients in a blender and mixing them all together.

To make this delicious fall smoothie, Jen uses ¾ cup unsweetened cashew milk (whatever milk we do), 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, one frozen banana, ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

Many fans loved the recipe, but many more commented on her dog, Gram, and her cute pink dress as they showered the post with “amazing,” “so pretty,” and “yummy” compliments.
