After sharing a mirror selfie of her outfit, Jen headed to the gym and attached cables to her ankles to move her legs.
He then picked up a weight plate and held it between his hands as he squatted in front of a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the city skyline. Jen moves through a series of exercises, including a forward lunge, while holding a medicine plate above her head. At the end of the video, she pulls up her leggings to show off her toned stomach for the camera.
