She put definition in a toned stomach that was on display in an asymmetrical white crop top that only had one sleeve. She tied her long dark hair back in a bun but left it long enough to trail over one shoulder.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “Make sure your circle has quality not quantity.” He then added, “(Who wants to go back to Tokyo with me?!) Good times.” Fans were quick to pile on the post, with fitness trainer Linn Lowes commenting, “Hi honey” and another fan saying, “I’m volunteering as a tribute.”

While Jen loves sharing her amazing fitness videos with her fans, she’s also a foodie who loves to cook and share her recipes with her 13.5 million Instagram followers! In her latest Instagram recipe video, set to the song “River (King Kavalier Remix)” by Bishop Briggs, Jen shows her followers how to make her recipe for Healthy Banana Yogurt Oat Chip Waffles in her Mickey Mouse waffle iron.
“You HAVE to try these amazing Healthy Banana Yogurt Chip Waffles,” Jen wrote in the caption. “So satisfying for a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert!!” To make the recipe, all fans need to get 2 eggs, ¼ cup of milk, 2 cups of pre-mixed old-fashioned oats, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ cup of plain low-fat Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and an unspecified amount of dark chocolate chips.
To make the recipe, Jen blends all the ingredients in her BlendJet and then sprinkles some chocolate chips on top right before pouring them into her waffle maker. Jen recommends that her fans top their pancakes with “fresh berries, peanut butter, syrup, etc!!”
