In another recent Instagram post, Jen created a human pyramid posing with two other girls, who were both wearing red bikinis. Jen is above in a neon green bikini as she shows off her toast and lifts one leg into the air.

Both mother and daughter twins in pink crop tops, matching short shorts and white shoes. They start by holding a dumbbell across their chest while jumping in and out with their feet.
They then proceed to do reverse lunges and leg extensions, holding dumbbells above their heads to work their core as well. After doing a back leg push, Jen lowered the dumbbells and gave her mother a high sign.
