In the caption, Jen says that she used a ripe banana, melted dark chocolate and melted peanut butter to make the recipe, but she didn’t share how much of each ingredient she used, so fans will just have to watch the video and try to guess for themselves!

She doesn’t mention it in the ingredient list, but the video shows that she also puts yogurt in her blender with her bananas, so there’s clearly more to this recipe than meets the eye!
