In another Instagram post, Jen gave her fans one last look as she posed in Greece in a purple bikini. Her toned abs and summer tan are on display as she smiles at the camera with one hand placed behind her head. His other arm was thrown into the air with his fingers bent to make a peace sign.
Her long dark hair fell over one shoulder as she knelt at the end of a rock overlooking the lake, revealing white sneakers. Although Greece looks so beautiful, it’s time for Jen to go home to her family and friends.

Jen has spent over a week in Greece to celebrate her 30th birthday and it’s clear she’s in the mood to soak up the sun and even get in a workout or two while she’s still on holiday. Still, it looks like he can’t wait to get home and get back to his normal routine.
“Had the best time sunbathing and enjoying the atmosphere in Greece, but there’s something about being home that calls me back,” she wrote in the caption. “Who knew I’d actually be excited to get back to my own bed and routine?! Where are my housemates? Anyone else feel the pull of home, no matter how great the adventure?!”

Now that he’s back in the States, his popular workout videos are back as well. She wore a striped green bikini and sneakers as she grabbed a pair of her own booty bands and a pair of green dumbbells for some exercises that focused on her legs and core. At the end of the video, Jen shows off her defined toned abs for the camera.
In her Instagram Story, she said that she gained about five pounds during her vacation in Greece, but it clearly didn’t show! In her caption, Jen explained that working out is like “therapy” for her because it makes her “feel good” and revealed how fans can get more access to her other workouts besides the ones she posts on Instagram.
“Exercise is more than a routine; that’s therapy. Whether I’m feeling anxious, lost, or just blah, movement makes me feel good.
