The 29-year-old influencer usually hits the beach on the weekends, but this time, she decided to switch things up a bit and posted some photos of herself barefoot on a rooftop in a blue thong bikini!

In another recent Instagram post, the fitness guru showed off her toned figure while she was barefoot on her rooftop balcony. She has turned away from the camera, giving fans a glimpse of the back of her tanned bun as she poses in her blue and white bikini. He turned back to smile at the camera over one shoulder as he posed with a fist under his chin.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “If your circle isn’t motivating you to grow mentally, emotionally or physically. It’s time to cut them off. The people around you will either inspire or drain you, choose wisely.”

In the second photo, the social media sensation turns to show off her toned stomach as she poses for the camera. She held her long dark hair back from her face with both hands as she braced herself for the shot. She was leaning with her upper back on the clear balcony in what some might call a rather risky position!
“You are wise beyond your years and your art is incredible,” commented one fan. “Thank you!!!” replied Jen. “Really cook,” said another follower. “Total babe,” a third fan agreed. “So beautiful,” wrote another follower. “Sheesh, you’re so dreamy,” said another fan.
Jen Selter Shares Her Recipe For Apple Pie Smoothies!
In another recent Instagram post, the famous foodie wore a pink “Barbie” sports bra and leggings to teach her followers how to make an apple pie smoothie.
“If you like apples, this smoothie is for you!! Apples are rich in fiber and antioxidants,” he wrote in the caption. “It also helps improve your gut health, so this #seltersmoothie is a game changer! Perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast or snack!”

To make a healthy smoothie, Jen cuts an apple into slices. Any apple will do, but Jen prefers to use honey fresh apples if you have the option.
He then adds ¼ cup oats, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 dates, ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk (although any milk will do) to his BlendJet, along with “a bunch” of ice cubes. After adding “a little cinnamon” Jen mixes it all up until it’s ready to drink!
That’s Not the Only Recipe Jen Has Been Compelled to Share Lately!
It may be the start of spring, but it looks like Jen has fall on her mind! Just a few days later, Jen followed up her apple pie smoothie recipe with a recipe for pecan pie energy bites!
In the video, Jen teaches her followers how to make pecan pie energy bites with just a handful of ingredients, including 1/3 cup oat flour, 1 cup Medjool pit dates (that have been soaked overnight), 2 cups pecans and a pinch of salt.
He doesn’t include the chocolate chips and coconut oil he uses in the video, but he does include them in the instructions:
- Soak pecans in hot water with a pinch of salt for 5+ hours or overnight2. Rinse and drain3. Blend pecans, a pinch of salt, and pitted dates until smooth. 4. Blend, cover and refrigerate for a few hours to make it easier to roll into balls5. Roll the mixture into balls and dip in melted dark chocolate6. Put it back in the fridge for a few hours7. Enjoy!
