But one fan couldn’t help but comment on her “Hawaii King bun”, which was clearly on display as the 29-year-old fitness influencer snoozed on her stomach!

In her latest Instagram video, the popular fitness enthusiast shared an 11-second video of her taking a nap on a blue-and-white circular rug. He is lying on his back with his arms folded under his head, his face turned away from the camera. She wore a gray sports bra and navy tights that showed off her sun-dried bun.
While Jen seemed exhausted from a busy Thanksgiving weekend, her pet dog Gram seemed bored, constantly sniffing Jen’s hair and changing positions while Jen was still lying on her stomach.
The New York native set the video song to Tiesto and Karol G’s “Don’t Be Shy.” In the caption, she wrote, “We’re still trying to adjust to daylight savings here… wbu?”

Later on Monday, Jen shared another video on Instagram showing her working out on a BOSU balance trainer. To the tune of West’s “Euro$tep,” Jen performed a series of exercises in a black sports bra and gray leggings. He starts his video with a bit of cardio, doing quick jumps up and off the BOSU with alternating legs. He then does a modified jumping jack, jumping onto the ball before jumping back out with his legs outstretched.
He then gets down in a plank position and does shoulder taps with his hands on the BOSU before using his hands to support himself while doing leg lifts to work his glutes. He then went to work on his stomach, using his elbows to support himself on the side plank while lifting his hips up and down. Jen also does dips on the BOSU, then flips them over to do mountain climbers.

“Looking for motivation to get some movement?” Jen asked in the caption. “Here’s a mantra I always say that will help you move, ‘You just have to exercise from a good mood.’ People always ask me how I stay motivated and get my energy. Movement is my mood changer, every time.”
“It doesn’t have to be a crazy gym workout either, just walking around the block does something good for my mental state!” Jen’s connection. “Exercise helps you feel better and think better! So whether you want to or not, go sweat it out and thank me later!”
