He then does squats and lifts, side jumps, back jumps, high jumps, forward jumps, and mountain climbers leaning on his dumbbells. She then stretches into downward dog and shares a quick kiss with her pet dog, Gram, before ending the video with a mirror selfie. He teased his followers as he pulled up the bottom of his shorts to grab the camera.

“Summer snacks are back here! ☀️ It’s a healthier sweet treat ☺️ Totally obsessed with this PB chocolate flavor ??,” she wrote in the caption, telling her followers that all they needed was one cup of yogurt, one tablespoon of maple syrup, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a banana, and some extra dark chocolate chips to make this recipe.
