Who says you can’t go home again? It’s not Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth who recently used their podcast to revisit their iconic “90210” beach apartment.
The two friends and podcast hosts recently recorded their “9021OMG” podcast from their Hermosa Beach apartment overlooking the ocean. The apartment serves as the fictional home of their characters Donna Martin and Kelly Taylor, along with Brian Austin Green’s character David Silver, after they graduate from West Beverly High.

When Garth was asked when was the last time he was in a beach apartment, he said not since the filming of the show, which was almost 30 years ago. “And I was never inside this apartment, because we only filmed the exterior of this apartment. We never shot in it,” Garth said. Reflecting on the time they spent in the apartment years ago, Garth said, “I really felt at home. I felt very comfortable.” Ejaan added, “It makes me feel so young. The way we both sit on the couch is how we used to sit at the count, on the set, at the beach apartment. It just reminds me of so many times [we were] just laugh.”
The “90210” stars discussed how the exterior of the apartment building looked the same and fans quickly learned that it was the place the show used for their old apartment. “It doesn’t look like any other house on this lot because it’s all been rebuilt,” added Garth. They then tried to make some guesses as to what the apartment would be worth if it sold now and in their research, they found it would be about $9 million.

The beach apartment is currently listed on Airbnb as “Beachhouse 90210 central unit” and is available to rent for $340 a night. The listing reads, “The absolute best location on the beach in all of Southern California! This home sits on a large double lot with amazing beach views, 270 degree beach and ocean views. It’s the only property with sand on 2 sides. 136 ft. beach front. The house is the Beachhouse used on the original TV show: 90210.”

Ejaan and Garth weren’t the only ones feeling nostalgic from their visit to their old stomping grounds. Many of their fans took to the comments section of Spelling’s Instagram post to leave their thoughts on seeing the old beach apartment again after so many years.
“The most iconic apartment on the pacific coast ??,” wrote one follower. Another added, “Wow nostalgia! ?” Another fan wrote that a beach apartment is on her bucket list, “Love it.. love it.. love it!! My bucket list is to take pictures outside this apt and take pictures outside Casa Walsh.. oh and find the place where Beverly Hills 90210 filmed in ❤️❤️??”
Many fans wrote about how seeing the beach apartment brought back many fond memories for them. “I love beach apartments! Brings back so many happy memories of watching 90210,” one fan wrote. Another added, “Ahhhh ..this brings me back…thanks for sharing that special moment.”

Spelling recently shared some “90210” nostalgia on her Instagram page with Garth and another co-star, Lindsay Price. The trio recreated moments from old episodes that are easily remembered by many fans.
