Jennifer Lawrence has set the record straight about her stinky kiss with actor Liam Hemsworth!
The 32-year-old actress opened up about the moments leading up to her famous kiss with Hemsworth when the two appeared on the set of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1.” Although he has the power to eat strong-smelling food first, he insists that it’s not a trick to trick him.

Lawrence was more than a sight for sore eyes when she appeared on First We Feast’s unconventional series, “Hot Ones,” recently. Wearing a navy outfit and matching hair tie, the “Don’t Look Up” star powered through some spicy wings while answering host Sean Evans’ questions.
At one point during the 23-minute interaction, Evans asked about her relationship with the ginger-and-tuna-laden Hemsworth. Responding with a hearty laugh, the Teen Choice Awards winner said:
“It’s just, like, what I eat, and then we’re going to kiss! He should, you know, get over it.”

In case you missed it, Hemsworth talked about his challenge to kiss the Grammy award-winning actor when he appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in November 2014 to promote “The Hunger Games.” He revealed to Fallon:
“Any time I have to kiss Jennifer it’s a bit uncomfortable. When you see it outside it looks like a great picture. He is one of my best friends. I love him. But if we had a kiss scene, he would make a point of eating garlic or tuna or something disgusting.
Despite the 33-year-old’s claims, he left Lawrence with an admirable character that had stayed with him for nearly ten years. The action star revealed to PEOPLE in 2014:
“I am a weak person in defending myself. [Liam] taught me how to stand on my own. I would always be like, ‘Please love me! Please love me!’”
“It’s my biggest weakness – negotiating, even with people. Liam was always fair, he was always good, he was always strong. He taught me to toughen up a little bit, and that’s important. I need that,” he added.
Lawrence played the heroine, Katniss Everdeen, in the first four “Hunger Games” films — inspired by Suzanne Collins’ eponymous young-adult dystopian book series. The films took the world by storm, breaking box-office records from 2012 to 2015, grossing over $3 billion worldwide.

The Screen Actors Guild Award winner got a lot going when she quipped about men being the biggest drama queens she’s ever seen on a movie set. The Blast shared that the “X-Men” leader used the opportunity to be at the roundtable to say:
“I used to work with Bryan Singer. I’ve seen emotional guys, I’ve seen the biggest hissy fits thrown on set.”
Lawrence and Singer – who recently came under fire for having sex with an underage boy – have worked together during “X-Men” as actors and directors, respectively. The Lawrence prank came after the director denied the allegations against him through his legal representative.
It also comes after the “American Hustle” actress retracted her claim that she was the first woman chosen to lead an action film. Shortly after he made the declaration while speaking with actress Viola Davis during Variety’s Actors on Actors series last December, he asserted:
“I know I’m not the only woman who has ever led an action film. What I want to emphasize is how good it tastes. And I mean that with Viola — to get past this old myth that you hear … about conversations that you’ll hear about things like that. But it was my mistake, and it was wrong. I have the nerve to talk to a living legend.
