According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the 32-year-old agreed to an alcohol test as part of his ongoing divorce settlement with Timlin. According to the former agreement, the “Homecoming” actress will get joint custody of both her children as long as she uses “Soberlink” to prove her sobriety towards the children.
Soberlink refers to a portable professional grade respirator with wireless connectivity that uses the latest technology. It includes “built-in protections including facial recognition software to ensure that only people who are supposed to be tested can use the device.”

“Yes, a few months ago, Rosi and I ended our engagement. There are thousands of problems that can cause a breakup, but, in our case, it wasn’t because of infidelity or a third person,” the Latin pop artist explained, noting that she had to speak up. Alejandro’s message reads:
“Because of the respect I have for him, our family, and everything we’ve lived for, I can’t stand by and continue to watch as they try to destroy the truest love story God has ever allowed me to live.”
