Months after being hit by a snowplow weighing more than 14,000 pounds, the actor shared video footage on social media showing him in recovery mode as he walked on a treadmill without assistance.

“I now have to find other things to occupy my time so my body can recover from what I want,” Renner, 52, captioned a video he shared on Twitter, along with the hashtags “#mindful,” #intended,” and “# recovery.”
