Derek, like his two older brothers, always played football. He attended the University of Richmond and competed for the Richmond Spiders in the NCAA FCS National Championship game. He then chose a new career and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Richmond. During the same period, he graduated from the University of Richmond-Robins School of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management.
Derek currently works as a Regional Portfolio Manager at Bozzuto in Washington, DC. His professional experience includes serving as Senior Property Manager at Kettler Management and Regional Associates and General Manager at CPM.
