At the premiere of her new HBO Max show, “Love and Death,” the Dallas native opened up to ET Online about her marriage. The entertainer shared that he doubts the difference saying his vows will be made in his life with Dunst. In his words,
“I’m not sure how different it is [marriage] was gonna feel because we’ve been together for a long time and two children later, it’s pretty solid, you know?
However, after spending almost a year as a married couple, the “I’m Thinking About Ending Things” actor stated that the experience contradicted his beliefs. The Critics’ Choice Television Award winner said, “But there’s something interesting about it [a wedding] and set aside time to celebrate it, and it feels different, in a good way.”
The “Jungle Cruise” star also praised his wife for being a great addition to his creative and intimate life. “We connected first creatively and as friends, and I just enjoyed his instincts and his opinions,” said the emotional husband. “He has such great taste, and [she’s] sincere, which I appreciate.”
The relationship between Plemons and Dunst seemed to be orchestrated by fate when their on-screen romance came to life. While starring in “Fargo,” the couple played a married couple on the show, a role that changed their lives forever.
In 2019, the “Friday Night Lights” star revealed that his first meeting with the actress was a magical experience. “Immediately, without too many words being exchanged, I looked into his eyes and saw a beautiful, sweet, unguarded human being, welcoming him,” the Dallas native said.
