Amidst her return to exercise and a series of videos she’s been posting updating fans on her return to fitness, the English songstress has been candid about the not-so-linear journey. In an Instagram Story update, Jessie revealed that she’s been getting “a lot of ‘how often do you work out now, Jess?'” leading her to mention that social media isn’t close to real life.
“The video I just posted is my 3rd workout since baby,” she wrote. She added that Sky is 14 weeks and admitted that since posting the clip, she’s just “worked out again … HUGE.”

The “Flashlight” singer went on to assert, “I am not and will not be consistent. (even before pregnancy). But I show up where and when I can.” She later declared that she was having fun “getting going, getting my energy going, hanging out with @chiefnaka, and exploring this new body of mine.”
Shortly after the genuine update, Jessie uploaded an uncensored video of an intense workout session with her trainer. The clip set to Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For” shows the “Wild” star taking part in a different routine. She wore high-waisted leggings, a bright yellow sports bra under a white cropped top, along with white sneakers, for the session.
Using detailed captions, she sent a message to all mothers, touching on the challenges of pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery. Jessie begins:
“To all Mothers, It’s not easy because YOU care. It’s not easy because YOU sacrifice a lot physically and mentally to give birth to your child. It’s not easy even though YOU didn’t physically give birth to your child.”
He continued, “It’s not easy because YOU miss your friends. It’s not easy because YOU need more sleep. It’s not easy because YOU are an amazing Mom. It’s okay to admit that sometimes it’s hard.
The “Price Tag” singer then turned the spotlight on herself, saying she hasn’t showered in days and usually cries a lot which she says is “totally normal.” In conclusion, she sends love to her fellow mothers, encouraging them and praising them for “killing it” and “doing it.”
The post received over 40k likes, with many Instagram users taking to the comments section to praise Jessie for her consistent honesty. One commenter stated, “I love that you never just show the highlights. As a mom, it’s nice to see people being people. Hugs to you for life. You got this!”

She also graced the audience with a glimpse of her baby daddy, Chanan Colman, while including some hilarious dance moves and a scene of herself in the pool. “I got a 6 week signature from my doctor to do ‘gentle exercise’ if I wanted to,” Jessie shared in the caption. “So I’ve been jogging to the fridge for 2 weeks.”
She later wrote about being happy to be back in fitness mode even though she was only participating in low-impact “SLOW and NO PRESSURE” routines.

She did so about a week ago, flaunting her body in a chic green two-piece bikini that highlighted her well-shaped midsection and thighs as seen on her Instagram Stories.
In addition, the 35-year-old songstress accessorized her outfit with stylish accessories, including dark sunglasses, small hoop earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
Her dark hair was pulled back in a casual low ponytail, emphasizing her jawline as she stood barefoot in front of the marble counter of what appeared to be her living room.
