This event has undeniably inspired many thoughts and discussions among his fans and music followers. Although JG Wardy has a significant online presence and frequent live broadcasts, few viewers remember him displaying guns or the aftermath of a car accident. Some labeled him as irresponsible and naive for this action. Read on to find out what he did wrong and where he is now.
Was JG Wardy Arrested? What Crime Did He Commit?
This morning, four men, including Broadus Jamal Daniels, also known as “JG Wardy,” were charged with federal narcotics trafficking and firearms violations. The other three convicted perpetrators are Eugene Tracy Hill, Diante Arik Wiley, and Andre Alonte Willis, in addition to Broadus Jamal Daniels (JG Wardy). US Attorney Matthew M. Graves announced the indictment of Wayne A. Jacobs of the FBI’s Washington Field Office Crime and Cyber Division. According to the indictment, these four individuals participated in a long scheme to distribute marijuana and oxycodone.
Hill and Willis are charged with distribution, possession with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to distribute over 100 kilograms of marijuana. In addition to the drug trafficking offense, the indictment reveals that Wiley played a key role in protecting his co-conspirators and their drug operations. Wiley assembled an AR-Pistol machine gun with components purchased from an online retailer to protect the narcotics, money and territory linked to the conspiracy.
These machine guns were later sold to participants in the criminal enterprise of Hill, Daniels (JG Wardy), Willis, and others. Since the firearms are consolidated and do not have serial identifiers, tracking them is difficult for law enforcement. The ATF classifies these weapons as “Personally Manufactured Firearms” and they are commonly referred to as “ghost guns” on the street.
Where is JG Wardy at the moment?
There is no official word on JG Wardy’s current whereabouts following his arrest. In addition, the fact that he is a father adds an extra layer of anxiety to his current situation. The charges include drug trafficking conspiracy, illegal possession and transfer of a machine gun, and use of a machine gun in drug trafficking. The seriousness of the crime highlights the possible legal ramifications Wardy could face if found guilty.
If he is found guilty, he could face serious consequences, including a minimum sentence of 30 years in prison. During the legal process, the court will examine the evidence and determine whether the individual involved is guilty or not. The US Attorney, Special Agent, Acting Special Agent and Chief all said that the FBI, ATF, and MPD did an excellent job investigating the case and praised them.
They also praised the efforts of Assistant US Attorney James B. Nelson and Paralegal Specialist Genevieve de Guzman of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. It is important to understand that the charges in the warrant are merely allegations. All accused are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
