Court documents read, “[Ligot] had stopped at a traffic light when [Aiko] hit [her] from behind. Due to the negligent actions of [Aiko] while operating a motor vehicle, [Ligot] was injured in health, strength, and activity.”

Obsessed fans are now mandated to stay more than 100 yards away from Big Sean, Aiko, and their families.

Aiko and Big Sean initially appeared in court in August last year, seeking a restraining order against the 29-year-old man because the singer “feared for his life.”

The man is said to have attended several events and performances, but the break-in at Big Sean and Aiko’s home, where they live with their 14-year-old daughter and baby boy, was the last.

The obsessed fan even got into a physical altercation with the rapper’s neighbor’s security team at the time.

Now the couple could breathe easy, knowing he couldn’t get near them, at least for the next five years.
