Jimmie Allen has been hit with a sexual assault lawsuit from a former member of the management team.
Although it hasn’t been 48 hours since the singer and his pregnant wife, Alexis Gale, officially filed for divorce, he has been accused of sexually abusing and harassing the unknown individual for nearly two years. The chilling update comes nearly a month after Gale unfollowed Allen on social media.

According to the lawsuit filed Thursday, Allen forcibly took the virginity of the former manager — who identified herself as Jane Doe — during a March 2021 work trip to Los Angeles.
According to her claim, she had woken up naked in her hotel room with vaginal bleeding and severe pain after a business dinner, with no memory of what had happened. The plaintiff added that the “Best Shot” singer had insisted she took Plan B pills after the alleged incident to prevent pregnancy, recounting:

The Grammy Award nominee later revealed that their relationship was consensual, stating that her accuser had tried to extort money from her after their affair ended.
While the “Freedom Was a Highway” singer’s statement calmed some, it left others wondering if his soon-to-be ex-wife caught wind of his alleged misconduct and proactively unfollowed him on social media.

A source close to the couple, who share two daughters – Naomi Bettie and Zara James – revealed that they decided to separate in January after facing a difficult phase in their marriage. The Milton, Delaware, natives both filed for divorce on April 28, in addition to listing that as their official separation date.
