In the lawsuit, the accuser — Jane Doe, claims the singer forcibly took her virginity during a work trip to Los Angeles in March 2021. According to her account, she woke up naked in her hotel room with vaginal bleeding and severe pain after a business dinner, with no memory of what happened.
Plaintiff further stated that he had urged her to take Plan B pills following the alleged incident, ostensibly to prevent pregnancy. He recalled the incident saying:
“I was disconnected from my body, panicked. He held me in place. At that point, any physical desire is just out the door. I’m kind of paralyzed.”
She also listed additional instances where she alleges that the “Mercury Lane” artist sexually abused her. These incidents included allegations of repeated rapes, groping, and secret recordings of their sexual encounters.
