In case you missed it, Sweetin and Wasilewski began their romance in 2017, with the actress soft-launching the relationship on social media in January 2018. The following month, she used a sweet Valentine’s Day tribute to make things Instagram official.
A few years later, she and the clinical social worker had marked their first year of marriage. Taking to her Instagram, the “Yes, Dear” star uploaded three images, with the first two highlighting July 30, 2022, their wedding day and the third a selfie of the couple.
They both wore baseball caps, Sweetin in blue and her man in black, and dark sunglasses as they posed in front of the river. Underneath the adorable photo, the “All-New Mickey Mouse Club” actor wrote:
“I didn’t know it was possible to love you more. But then, I woke up the next day and it happened again. It’s a big weekend for us, our first anniversary and your birthday. Today, I celebrate you. (Even if you hate the attention) And the wonderful things you have brought into my life and the amazing journey we have yet to take. I love you. So, that’s it.”

She finished by tagging the shop where she got her dress, Lili Bridals, adding, “(personally, I’ve never felt more beautiful than I do today!!).”
Within hours, his comments section was filled with expressions of joy and happiness from fans who couldn’t believe how quickly time had flown by.
One person exclaimed, “It’s been a year?!?! How?!? Happy Anniversary! And we got our wedding dresses at the same store!” A second fan commented, “Happy Birthday to you both!!! We love you!!!.”
A third commenter shared, “I can’t believe it’s been a year!! ? Happy Birthday;)) And you are welcome for a “15 minute speech” ?? Love you all.” “Wow! A year!!! What a beautiful day!!” a fourth netizen added, as a fifth claimed, “Seeing you happy is the best lewk.”
Besides marrying the love of his life, the other thing that made his wedding day was feeling the presence of late actor and “Full House” actor Bob Saget. As reported by The Blast, he spoke about the incident during an interview in August 2022 where he recalled:
“John [Stamos] was getting ready to leave home, I think, and [his wife] Caitlin [McHugh] looked at him and said, ‘You can’t wear that shirt. The shirt doesn’t work. It doesn’t look good.’ He was like, ‘Ugh, fine.'”

Sweetin revealed that even when Stamos went in to change, he realized that his new choice of shirt “was the black button-up that Bob always wears” when he got back to the car. At that moment, he was overcome with emotion, so he hugged the “General Hospital” actor and said, “Bob is here too.”
The TV Land Award Nominee Has No Problem Returning to the Series That Made Him the Spotlight
In April 2022, Sweetin revealed that he was open to participating in another “Full House” spin-off after the Netflix reboot titled “Fuller House.” Speaking to Loni Love and Justin Sylvester about his potential return, the “Dancing with the Stars” season 22 contestant stated:
“At all. I love working with them. It’s like, ‘Do you want to go back and have fun and work with people that you love, that you’ve known all your life?’ Of course!”
Although Netflix has been silent on reviving the sitcom spin-off since it ended in 2020, the Young Artist Award winner and her co-stars Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber already have ideas for a show. “We always joke about our Golden Girls future plans. The three of us, living somewhere in Miami,” he revealed about it.
