Joey Lawrence is celebrating with his wife, Samantha Cope, after welcoming their first child together. The couple, who married last year, announced their new baby girl, Dylan Rose Lawrence, in a sweet Instagram post by the actress and game show host.
Although this is Lawrence’s first child with Cope, the “Dancing With The Stars” alum also shares two children with his ex-wife Chandie Yawn-Nelson, whom he was married to from 2005 to 2022. Lawrence, who met Cope on the set of the film, proposed in 2021 and took to Instagram to announce their new romance.

The 46-year-old actress and “Deadly Deed” actress announced Dylan’s birthday is January 16, 2023. On Friday, Lawrence posted a photo of the two of them holding the newborn together and smiling. She then wrote a cute caption to show how happy they were.
“Mom, dad and the older sisters are all so enamored with you sweet girl!” She then explained how stress free the birth was. “We welcomed him into this world with the most amazing midwives, everyone is happy and healthy and we are so happy with gratitude,” she said with a prayer and a white heart emoji.
The actress also thanked fans for their “continued love” and “support” for her family and their new baby. She added, “Wow, what a wonderful trip… looking forward to baby spam xoxo.” Dylan joins two other siblings that Lawrence shares with his ex-wife Yawn-Nelson.

After their marriage in 2005, the former InterCall employee and Lawrence finalized their divorce in 2022, two years after ending their union, which lasted more than a decade and a half in 2020. During their marriage, they welcomed their daughter, Charleston , in 2006 and Liberty in 2010. Both are now 16 and 12 years old respectively.
While they finalized their split in February last year, Lawrence remarried the same month. This is after the “Melissa & Joey” actor proposed to Cope in August 2021, after meeting him on the set of “My Husband’s Secret Brother”. After the wedding, Lawrence also took to Instagram to tell fans about her new romance with the now 35-year-old.
