The domestic violence allegation occurred on March 25, 2023, and during the trial, Jabbari testified that Majors injured her during a dispute over text messages she saw on his phone that indicated an affair. This resulted in a physical altercation when he grabbed the phone from her.
During the argument, she claims Majors forcibly removed her finger from the phone, hit her on the head while trying to get it, and then threw her back into the car.

In the meantime, the prosecutor has until March next month to respond to the motion.
