Jonathan Majors’ alleged victim wants nothing to do with the actor as their court date looms — a deal the Marvel star loves.
The reputation of the “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” actor has been threatened following accusations of physical violence from a 30-year-old woman. The allegations led to the TV personality’s arrest in March, the start of his nightmare.
Since the shocking news broke, the domestic violence case has raised more questions than answers about the Yale University graduate. The alleged assault victim recently stepped up her claim with a temporary protective order.
Attorney Jonathan Majors Fires Back When Alleged Victim Gets Temporary Protection Order

In the latest development of the “Loki” star’s case, Variety revealed that the 33-year-old actor is no longer able to communicate with his accuser. The alleged victim was granted a temporary protection order on April 27, a few weeks away from his scheduled May 9 court date.
Majors must defend herself against assault and harassment charges during an upcoming trial, a case the plaintiffs consider severe enough to warrant zero contact with her alleged abuser. In a statement released to the news outlet, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office said:
“Today, a judge granted a Full Temporary Protection Order for the victim, as requested by the People and with the consent of the defense attorney. (At the time of trial, a Limited Temporary Protection Order was granted.)”
The request means the two parties will not have any direct or third-party contact, and the communication ban will remain in effect until their next court date. According to a statement from the DA’s office, the defense counsel’s agreement appears to indicate that the Major is not interested in establishing a relationship with his accuser.
The California native’s attorney, Priya Chaudhry, reaffirmed her client’s innocence in a lengthy statement after issuing a temporary protection order. Anastasia Elyse, a producer at ABC News, shared the lawyer’s message on Twitter.
In his strong response to the DA’s announcement, the actor’s representative explained that the defense attorney agreed to the temporary protection order because “Mr. Majors wanted nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him.”

The lawyer stated that the victim’s accusations were false because the legal team provided “sufficient evidence” to prove the “Creed III” star’s innocence. The evidence includes witness statements and forensic opinions from Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and Trauma Specialists.
This expert gave an opinion on the victim’s injuries after examining the woman’s photos and videos presented by the defense. From this evidence, the expert claimed that the woman did not suffer any injuries at the nightclub and that the injuries she later suffered did not come from Mr Majors (and could not have come from the way the woman described).”
Chaudhry continued, “Forensic medical experts’ opinion shows that the woman is lying. It is troubling that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the District Attorney is pursuing this bogus case.”
The attorney blasted the DA for violating “their own policy of not commenting to the press” by announcing what he described as “not happening (a standard agreed-upon protective order).”
Legal representatives claim they are doing this to damage Majors’ reputation and further harm the actor by ignoring his innocence despite “no rational reason” to deny the truth.
More Women Accuse Black Reel Award Winners of Physically Attacking Them
A few days earlier, it was reported that Majors’ domestic violence case had taken an unexpected turn with new allegations. What began as a first-time offense suddenly became a repeat assault story as more women labeled the California native as their abuser.

Sources following the ongoing case revealed that many victims of abuse are demanding justice for their alleged perpetrators. These women who claim they were physically assaulted by the “Creed III” star, are lending their voices to the district attorney’s office in denouncing the actor’s reputation.
Before these claims surfaced, the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Award winner had already begun paying the consequences of these allegations. The Hollywood sensation was dropped by his old management Entertainment 360.
Although insiders claimed the performer’s contract was terminated over “issues surrounding the actor’s behavior,” the end of his relationship with the company came three weeks after Majors was accused of physical violence. Last month, the TV personality’s PR firm, The Lede Company, stopped representing the 33-year-old.
