follow Hollywood Reporter, Majors could still avoid prison despite being convicted in his domestic violence trial. The actor was arrested in March following an incident with his then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, which led to the charges against him at the time.
Majors was ultimately found guilty of two of the four charges: reckless assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree, which carry a maximum sentence of one year in prison. However, it is believed his lack of previous criminal convictions could sway the judge not to throw the book at him when he is sentenced on February 6.

Despite the possibility of a reduced sentence for Majors, his previous clean record violation resulting from the guilty verdict may prompt him to consider filing an appeal.

“Mr. Majors is grateful to God, his family, his friends, and his fans for their love and support during these eight painful months,” Majors’ lead attorney, Priya Chaudhry, said in a statement after the trail closure, per Deadline.
