Joy Behar Branded As The ‘Rudest Celebrity’ By THIS Reality TV Star

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has revealed who she believes is “the rudest celebrity” she’s met since starring on MTV’s “Jersey Shore.”

The reality star, who also appeared in the show’s reboot, told TV host Andy Cohen that popular “The View” co-host Joy Behar was her first choice and recounted an unpleasant interaction she had with the comedian.

Earlier that week, she appeared on “The View” with her cast members from “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” and was praised by co-host Whoopi Goldberg.

On Thursday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen, Snooki revealed to listeners who she considers “the rudest celebrity” she’s ever had the chance to interact with.

The reality star appeared on the show with her cast mates from “The Jersey Shore,” an MTV show that ran for six seasons from 2009 to 2012 and was rebooted in 2018.

During a ‘WWHL’ Q&A session, she stated that “The View” veteran co-host Behar was the one she had in mind and went on to recount her ordeal with the 80-year-old.

“Happiness is very evil to me,” he said, following Page Six. “He [once] cornered me in the bathroom and said, ‘You’re not Italian!’”

In reaction to Snooki’s revelation, Cohen gasped loudly before asking her how she handled the situation.

“I said, ‘Okay, ma’am,'” the reality star recounted, without adding whether she continued to say anything else.

While on “Watch What Happens Live,” Snooki did not reveal the exact time when the incident occurred. However, it looks like it might happen around 2010.

Earlier that year, Behar admitted to telling “Jersey Shore” cast members that they were “not Italian” during an episode of “The View.”

At the time, he did not share details about the person’s identity but continued to mock the actor’s accent and speak negatively about them.

“Let me tell you something about the kids, OK. I grew up with children like that,” said the 80-year-old man at the time. “When I was a kid, there were a lot of kids like that around me, OK, they’re all in jail now.”

He went on to state that most viewers who found the show funny just “laughed at them.”

Snooki apparently took the statement to heart, as she later made a viral video in which she can be seen mocking the comedian by mimicking his gestures on “The View.”

However, during her appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show” that same year, she claimed that she felt “bad” for making the clip, in what appeared to be a subtle apology to Behar.

Behar responded a few days later, saying that she had no problem with him being the subject of a joke.

“I don’t care if they make fun of me. Its okay. I enjoyed the sketch they did,” Beha said at the time. “I thought it was very funny.”

Snooki and the rest of the cast from the “Jersey Shore” reboot appeared on “The View” on Tuesday, which could lead to an awkward situation. However, Behar was not one of the hosts of “The View” that day for undisclosed reasons.

It turned out to be a positive interview, as co-host Goldberg spent some time heaping praise on the entire cast.

He said, per Page Six, “When they first came [to ‘The View’], they got a lot of heat from the crowd, and I was really happy to see them, because they were fresh, and they were just ready to do something, and I said to them, ‘Listen. They will come for you. You just have to stay strong, no matter what.’”

Goldberg went on to state that he was “proud” of all of them and how they didn’t let their naysayers “define” them.
